Roles and Responsibilities
- Looking professional with 3-7years of experience in the area of MS Sql Server development.
- Experience in C#,Dotnet& EDI is an added advantage.
- Proficient in Attention to details, Requirement gathering, Result Analysis, Bug Fixing& Reporting, Detailed status reporting
- Experience in business transaction and in all phases of software development Lifecycle and Agile Methodology.
- Strong programming, analytical and problem solving skills and Support skills.
- Involved into various R&Ds and Bagging new projects for organization.
- Flexible, energetic, fast learner and great team player. Comfortable with self-managed projects.
- A keen communicator with strong leadership, analytical and problem solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills and experience in handling/ coordination with onsite clients
Desired Candidate Profile
Candidates ideally would possess 3-7 years of experience; have the ability to work and consult with colleagues as well as individually; have the ability to consult and communicate closely with management/supervisor of the company as well as MS International Inc.; Deserving candidates might be shortlisted for travel to the US office for further training and projects

7. Quarterly Events / Games / Competitions There are games organized by a group of employees every quarter. We also have competitions such as TT and cricket tournament every year. There are prizes distributed to the winning teams.
8. Healthy Wednesdays Salad day is sponsored on every Wednesday. There is a wide range of menu to contribute to the health of employees.
9. Annual Bonus & Diwali Bonus Annual Bonus is paid during the FY end based on the performance and tenure in MSI. The part of bonus is paid during Diwali to contribute the celebrations.
10. Gratuity Any employee on completion of 5 years is eligible for Gratuity. Such employee when they quit the company, gratuity would be paid based on their last salary (Basic).
11. US visit to work onsite – Performance driven [Recommended by US clients] The US visit to work onsite is completely sponsored by MSI. The employee visits US and gets trained on the process handled and also the work culture
