Designation :Intern, Software – Data
Reporting to : Software Lead/Manager
Location : Bangalore, (3 – 6 months)
Qualification : Graduation in Computer Science (or related areas like data science) . Master’s degree will be added advantage
Business Segment Description:
This position is for Marmon Innovation team – Data analyst Intern position. The trainee would get an opportunity to work for various Marmon business entities and work on Data related analysis/reports/visualizations using tools like Power BI, Python
Key Responsibilities / Functions:
Willing to learn new skills/platforms
Knowledge of complete software development life cycle
Develop documentation throughout the software development life cycle(SDLC)
Personal Characteristics and Attributes
Strong analytical and complex problem-solving skills
Inquisitive nature& Self-starter who can implement with minimal guidance
Solid English written and verbal communication skills
Strong desire in learning new technologies and methodologies
Required Qualifications: (Education, Technical Skills/Knowledge)
Educational qualifications – BE/B Tech/MCA.in Computer science/Electronics/E/IS
Strong knowledge of basic Database concepts/reports/analysis
Good in writing SQL queries.
Good knowledge of Python.
Nice to have
Familiar with Data visualization – power BI preferably
Knowledge on cloud based Analytics services.
Good knowledge on Machine learning concepts – Classification, regression techniques
